Confirm caller first + last name
Confirm caller phone number
Confirm requested service
Confirm requested stylist (or “first available”)
Confirm date + time
Before saving: read back: “I’m booking you with ___ on ___ at ___.”
If/Then
If caller asks “who’s available today?” → book first available unless they request someone specific
If caller is unsure of stylist → offer first available
If caller requests a stylist not on the list → “Those providers are no longer booking here. I can book you with one of our current five.”
